Bareco was established by Don Bare in 2016. He did so with the goal of providing high-quality laser grading services for sports fields, golf courses, and arenas. Previously, Don worked in a partnership and has over 14 years of experience in laser grading.

In the summer of 2024, Zach Ricketts came aboard as the company started the transition to Big League Sports Surfaces. Zach has spent over a decade working for MLB, NFL, and professional soccer teams, most notably doing two sports in the same stadium for the Oakland A’s/Raiders and Omaha Storm Chasers/Union Omaha.

The equipment and techniques that we use are specifically designed to perform in accordance with tight control standards. These, in combination with our knowledge of turfgrass management, have been integral to the success and growth of our company.
